Find the real brief.
What should the audience feel, remember or do? We start with your brand, the problem and the idea worth making.

We write it. We imagine it.
We bring it to life.
Welcome to the world of Sharad Garima.
01 / The point of view
A strange little moment. A world you haven’t seen. A product you suddenly want. We use AI to take a good idea somewhere it couldn’t go before.
We’re Sharad Garima. A director duo with a shared instinct for stories—and the writing, filmmaking and finishing craft to see them through.
A selection of duo-led films and team collaborations. Spec films and animatics are labelled. Every film is a different world.
02 / Two people. One point of view.
Sharad × GarimaA story doesn’t arrive in departments. Neither do we. We bring writing, direction, visual worldbuilding and the edit into one continuous conversation.
The instinct for a story
Brand thinking. Screenwriting. Dialogue. Lyrics. The human observation that makes an idea worth watching.
The eye to make it real
Direction. Cinematic worlds. AI image-making. Editing and finishing. The choices that turn an idea into a film.
Two perspectives sharpen the idea. One shared vision carries it all the way through. And when a film calls for a larger team, we know how to work as part of one.
From first thought → final frame03 / How we make it happen
What should the audience feel, remember or do? We start with your brand, the problem and the idea worth making.
Concepts become scripts, storyboards and a visual language. We work out the story before we start building its universe.
We shape the characters, environments, lighting and motion. AI expands the canvas; filmmaking judgment gives it a point of view.
The cut, the rhythm, the sound, the finish. We bring the film together and shape the versions your campaign needs.
04 / Before the new tools
Across our individual and shared work, the journey runs through advertising, screenwriting, direction and lyrics. AI brings those experiences onto a new canvas.
I. The advertising instinct
Agency experience across JWT, Dentsu Marcom, DDB Mudra and Ogilvy built our grounding in brands, audiences and ideas that need to earn attention.
That background includes involvement in Project Free Period, the campaign recognised with a Glass Lion in 2018.
II. The filmmaking muscle
Writing and directing across series and short films brought another kind of discipline: characters, performances, rhythm, and knowing exactly what a scene needs.
Selected work: Date Gone Wrong for Eros Now, Kahi Suni, Beans Aloo and Risky Business.
III. The ear for a feeling
Lyric writing brings a different sensitivity to filmmaking—the weight of a word, the turn of a phrase, the feeling that stays after the music stops.
Lyric credits include Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota, Choked, Ray, Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai, Love Sitara and Hui Re from The Girlfriend.
These are selected credits from our individual and shared journeys. Campaign recognition belongs to the credited campaign team; it is not presented as an award to the duo.

Your brief. Our two brains.A fully formed script. A half-formed idea. A “can we even do this?”
That’s a good place to start.
